You may enter as many times as you like. Entry forms are available with each minimum purchase of $10.00 from a Mildura City Heart business.
Entries are only valid if all fields on the form are complete, and accompanied by a receipt.
Receipts must be from a Mildura City Heart business, be above $10.00, and must be an original receipt, or completed and signed by staff at the participating business.
Photocopies of receipts will be ineligible to win. Duplicates of receipts will be ineligible to win.
Entries are only valid for in-store purchases. Online and Click and Collect receipts are not valid.
The purchase of Mildura City Heart Gift Cards, lotto tickets, groceries, alcohol or cigarettes are exempt from entry.
Competition starts 9:00am, Saturday 6th June, 2021 and finishes at 12:00pm, Saturday 3rd July, 2021.
All entries will stay in the draw to win the final prize.
Prize draw will be announced Monday to Friday after 5:00pm, Saturday after 12:00pm.
Prizes are a Mildura City Heart gift card between $100 and $2,500.
It is the prize winner’s responsibility to collect their prize from Mildura City Heart Inc. at a mutually convenient time. If the winner is under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany them when collecting the prize.
