Information on how to enter this promotion and other details contained within the advertisements for this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You may enter as many times as you like.
Entry forms are available with each minimum purchase of $10 from a Mildura City Heart business.
Entries are only valid if all fields on the form are complete, and accompanied by a receipt.
Receipts must be from a Mildura City Heart business, be above $10.00, and must be an original receipt, or completed and signed by staff at the participating business. Photocopies of receipts will be ineligible to win. Duplicates of receipts will be ineligible to win.
The purchase of Mildura City Heart Gift Cards, lotto tickets, alcohol or cigarettes are exempt from entry.
Competition starts 9:00am, Saturday 28th November, 2020 and finishes at 12:00pm, Thursday 24th December, 2020.
Entries will be cleared weekly.
Prize draw will be announced Monday to Friday at 5:00pm, Saturday at 12:00pm.
Prizes are a Mildura City Heart gift card between $100 and $5000.
It is the prize winner’s responsibility to collect their prize from Mildura City Heart Inc. at a mutually convenient time. If the winner is under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany them when collecting the prize.
The prize winner will be notified by phone to the phone number supplied.
The prize winner’s names will be published on the Mildura City Heart Facebook page for a minimum of 28 days after the completion is ended as set out by The Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR). The winner consents to their name being published by the Promoter including, but not limited to, being published on the Promoters internet site, social media pages, media releases, in their business and in marketing material as a condition of acceptance of the prize. Further information will be published only with the permission of the winner.
The promoters decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Entry is open to employees of Mildura City Heart businesses excluding purchases from their place of employment. Entry is not open to Board members or staff of Mildura City Heart Inc.
All entries become the property of Mildura City Heart Incorporated. The Promoter collects and uses personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which is that Mildura City Heart will never share or sell your information to a third party. The information collected is solely for use by Mildura City Heart. By completing this entry you agree that your entry details may be used by Mildura City Heart for future marketing purposes.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, including to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
